Carter is a big 4 year old!! He got to decorate his own cake. This has started to be a family tradition. LOTS OF SPRINKLES. He is getting to be such a BIG boy!! His personality is so fun. He can't sit still, and he has to be making some kind of noise all the time. When he is up late with us, he will climb up on our laps while we're watching tv and he will hum in our ear. It's hilarious. I don't think he even knows he's doing it. We decided we'd pick his brain. Here are the Q's and A's.
